iKen Setser is the founder and President of irightresumes, Inc.  His entire career has been focused on developing people and preparing them to take control of their own careers.  His formal HR experience was gained at United Airlines where he was responsible for recruiting and succession planning.  He owned and operated Ken Setser Associates for 10 years providing outplacement services to major corporate clients including:  AT&T, General Electric, E.I. Dupont, Colgate, Ford Motor Company, United Airlines and others.  He has developed resumes and coached individuals at all organizational levels in most industries. 

Ken brings a depth of insight, understanding and hands-on experience with the entire job search and interviewing process that is difficult to match.  His approach to developing resumes combines his understanding of what the role of the resume is with a down-to-earth communication style that is highly compelling and real.
